Sanadi (“we”) runs a marketplace that connects students and companies in Algeria. This page says what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to have it removed. What we collect Ce que nous collectons ما الذي نجمعه

• Account — name, email, phone number and whether it has been verified. Compte — nom, e-mail, numéro de téléphone et son statut de vérification. الحساب — الاسم، البريد، رقم الهاتف وحالة التحقّق منه.
• Student profile — date of birth, fields of study, wilaya, institution (university, CFPA or INSFP), the trade you trained in and the diploma you hold, whether you would take an apprenticeship, skills, bio, portfolio link, CV file, photos of your work if you add them, a copy of your diploma if you ask us to verify it, and whether you chose to be discoverable. Profil étudiant — date de naissance, domaines, wilaya, établissement (université, CFPA ou INSFP), le métier appris et le diplôme obtenu, votre ouverture à un contrat d’apprentissage, compétences, bio, lien portfolio, CV, des photos de vos réalisations si vous en ajoutez, une copie de votre diplôme si vous demandez sa vérification, et votre choix d’être visible ou non. ملف الطالب — تاريخ الميلاد، التخصّصات، الولاية، المؤسسة (جامعة أو مركز تكوين مهني)، الحرفة التي تكوّنت فيها والشهادة المتحصّل عليها، واستعدادك لعقد تمهين، المهارات، نبذة، رابط الأعمال، ملف السيرة الذاتية، وصور أعمالك إن أضفتها، ونسخة من شهادتك إن طلبت توثيقها، واختيارك أن تكون ظاهراً للبحث أو لا.
• Company profile — company name, contact role, HQ wilaya, logo, description. Profil entreprise — raison sociale, fonction du contact, wilaya du siège, logo, description. ملف الشركة — الاسم، صفة جهة الاتصال، ولاية المقر، الشعار، والوصف.
• Apprenticeship contracts — when an employer proposes one: the names of the three parties, the trade, the dates, the duration and the tutor. Both parties can open it; nobody else can. Contrats d’apprentissage — lorsqu’un employeur en propose un : les noms des trois parties, le métier, les dates, la durée et le tuteur. Les deux parties peuvent le consulter ; personne d’autre. عقود التمهين — عند اقتراح صاحب عمل عقداً: أسماء الأطراف الثلاثة والحرفة والتواريخ والمدّة والمرافق. يطّلع عليه الطرفان فقط.
• Activity — applications, messages, interviews, saved roles and notifications. Activité — candidatures, messages, entretiens, offres enregistrées et notifications. النشاط — الترشّحات، الرسائل، المقابلات، العروض المحفوظة والإشعارات.
• Crash reports — when the app fails, the error, where it happened and the device model are sent to Sentry so it can be fixed. Nothing that identifies you goes with it: no name, no email, no IP address. There is no advertising or product analytics in this version. Rapports de plantage — quand l’application échoue, l’erreur, son emplacement et le modèle d’appareil sont envoyés à Sentry pour correction. Rien qui vous identifie n’est joint : ni nom, ni e-mail, ni adresse IP. Cette version ne contient ni publicité ni statistiques d’usage. تقارير الأعطال — عند تعطّل التطبيق يُرسَل الخطأ وموضعه وطراز الجهاز إلى Sentry لإصلاحه، دون أي شيء يعرّف بك: لا اسم ولا بريد ولا عنوان IP. لا تحتوي هذه النسخة على إعلانات ولا إحصاءات استعمال.

To run the service — matching, applications, messaging, interviews — to operate accounts and subscriptions, to send the notifications you asked for, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data. Pour faire fonctionner le service — mise en relation, candidatures, messagerie, entretiens — gérer les comptes et abonnements, envoyer les notifications que vous avez demandées, et sécuriser la plateforme. Nous ne vendons aucune donnée personnelle. لتشغيل الخدمة — المطابقة، الترشّحات، المراسلة، المقابلات — ولإدارة الحسابات والاشتراكات، ولإرسال الإشعارات التي طلبتها، ولحماية المنصّة. نحن لا نبيع أي معطيات شخصية.

Who else sees it Qui d’autre y accède من يطّلع عليها

• A company you apply to sees your application and profile, and your CV from the moment you apply. L’entreprise à laquelle vous postulez voit votre candidature et votre profil, et votre CV dès l’instant où vous postulez. الشركة التي تترشّح إليها ترى ترشّحك وملفّك، وسيرتك الذاتية من لحظة الترشّح.
• If you switch on “discoverable”, companies can find your profile in talent search. It is off unless you turn it on. Si vous activez « visible », les entreprises peuvent trouver votre profil dans la recherche de profils. C’est désactivé par défaut. إذا فعّلت خيار “ظاهر للبحث”، تستطيع الشركات إيجاد ملفّك. الخيار مغلق ما لم تفعّله أنت.
• Service providers, each for one job. Live today: Appwrite — accounts, data and files, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, so your data is stored in the European Union; Sentry — crash reports, with nothing identifying attached; OpenStreetMap — map tiles, whose servers see the request your phone makes when a map is drawn. Not switched on in this version, and named here because the app is built for them: payments (Chargily), SMS, email, push (FCM/APNs) and product analytics (PostHog). Actifs aujourd’hui : Appwrite — comptes, données et fichiers, sur des serveurs à Francfort, en Allemagne : vos données sont donc conservées dans l’Union européenne ; Sentry — rapports de plantage, sans rien qui vous identifie ; OpenStreetMap — fonds de carte, dont les serveurs voient la requête envoyée par votre téléphone quand une carte s’affiche. Non activés dans cette version, et cités parce que l’application est prête pour eux : paiement (Chargily), SMS, e-mail, notifications push (FCM/APNs) et statistiques d’usage (PostHog). مزوّدو خدمات، كل واحد لمهمّة. المفعّلون اليوم: Appwrite — الحسابات والبيانات والملفات على خوادم في فرانكفورت بألمانيا، أي أن بياناتك تُحفظ داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي؛ Sentry — تقارير الأعطال دون أي شيء يعرّف بك؛ OpenStreetMap — صور الخرائط، وخوادمها ترى الطلب الذي يرسله هاتفك عند عرض الخريطة. وغير مفعّلين في هذه النسخة، ونذكرهم لأن التطبيق مهيّأ لهم: الدفع (Chargily)، والرسائل القصيرة، والبريد، والإشعارات (FCM/APNs)، وإحصاءات الاستعمال (PostHog).

Keeping and deleting Conservation et suppression الحفظ والحذف

You can delete your account from inside the app — Profile, then Delete account. The account itself is deleted, along with your profile, your CVs, your applications and messages, and, for a company, its roles and logo. It is not simply switched off, and it cannot be signed into afterwards. Some records may be kept where the law requires it. Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte depuis l’application — Profil, puis Supprimer le compte. Le compte lui-même est supprimé, avec votre profil, vos CV, vos candidatures et messages, et pour une entreprise ses offres et son logo. Il n’est pas seulement désactivé, et aucune connexion n’est ensuite possible. Certaines données peuvent être conservées lorsque la loi l’exige. تستطيع حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق — الملف الشخصي ثم حذف الحساب. يُحذف الحساب نفسه ومعه ملفّك وسيرك الذاتية وترشّحاتك ورسائلك، وللشركة عروضها وشعارها. لا يُوقَف الحساب فحسب، ولا يمكن الدخول إليه بعد ذلك. قد تُحفظ بعض السجلات عندما يفرض القانون ذلك.

Age Âge السنّ

Sanadi is for people aged 18 and over. Students are asked for their date of birth when they create their profile, and an account cannot be completed below that age. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. Apprenticeship in Algeria is open from 15; those contracts are out of scope for Sanadi for now. Sanadi s’adresse aux personnes de 18 ans et plus. La date de naissance est demandée aux étudiants à la création du profil, et un compte ne peut pas être finalisé en deçà de cet âge. Nous ne collectons pas sciemment de données de personnes plus jeunes. L’apprentissage est ouvert dès 15 ans en Algérie ; ces contrats sortent pour l’instant du périmètre de Sanadi. سندي موجّه لمن يبلغون 18 سنة فما فوق. يُطلب تاريخ الميلاد من الطلبة عند إنشاء الملف، ولا يمكن استكمال حساب دون هذه السن. ولا نجمع عن قصد معطيات من هم أصغر. التمهين في الجزائر مفتوح ابتداءً من 15 سنة، وهذه العقود خارج نطاق سندي حالياً.
